You can try Centier.  Not sure if they will do a investment property but I know they do primary.

Thank you all for your input.  I guess I used those terms loosely since the guy has a commercial RE broker company but wants to do the residential side with his personal spare capital.  Either way, thank you for all your input.  Definitely will start small and go from there.  Hopefully we can come to an agreement that is profitable for both of us.   

Hello everyone!  I met a new personal hard money lender, and I would like some ideas on how to strike a deal for flipping houses.  He has worked commercial RE his whole life and wants to use his capital better.  I have been house flipping for several years now and would like access to additional funds to scale up.  

Some quick ideas: 

If he funds the whole project, we could split the profit 65/35 or just do monthly payments with interest like a loan payment.  I would love to hear what others have done in this situation.  Open to ideas.  Thank you in advance. 

I would like to be added to a buy list then. Not really interested in Gary, EC or Hammond.  Everywhere is in those 3 counties are fine.  

I am interested.  What areas are you dealing with in NWI?
