I was recommended two from a good friend, but have not used them as of yet.  Worth a call given my friend has been in the industry for fifteen plus years.

1) Dan Siegel (Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel)

2) Greg Nerland - Solo Practitioner (http://www.gregorynerland.com/)

Good Luck!

Hi Ethan, it all depends on how much education you have to date. I would start listening to as many podcast as you can to understand the industry. I personally like the podcast from Wholesaling Inc. While your doing that I would start networking with people at your local REIs as you need to build up an investor network as well as meet others in the industry. There are a ton of ways to find a deal. Listen to some podcast and figure out what way you would want to focus on and go all in on that path.

Good luck!

Matt

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any good recommendations for an attorney in the Phoenix area who primarily works with real estate?  I am looking for an individual or small firm who is reasonably priced as the deals will not be complex in nature.  Thanks in advance for the help!
