My name is Mike Mills and I live in Holdrege, Nebraska. I have been married for 38 yrs. and have two grown sons...one single and one married.

My goal is to provide a good living and a good retirement income from either Wholesaling, Flipping or buying Rental Properties as these are my areas of interest. I have so much to learn as I really know nothing about this business but I am very willing to learn it. If I like it I may never retire :)

This site should be very helpful in learning the strategies and marketing concepts of this business. However, there is an awful lot of info and it certainly can be overwhelming so I will slow down read and learn and enjoy this business from the great help provided here on the forums.
