Post: Owner Deported - can I still buy?

Hello there,

I came across a property whose owner has been deported (I'm in contact with his mother in law). His wife (the mother-in-law's daughter) passed away in 2011.

Is there a way for me to purchase the property from him since he has been deported?

In Pennsylvania, is it required by law that I disclose my assignment fee amount to the seller?
