@Jay Hinrichs Hi Jay, thank you for the feedback. I have considered door knocking, but it is a little intimidating to face possibly angry home owners. Do you have any numbers on how many door knocks it took to land a deal?

Hi John, I could see your reasoning with that. Do you have a skip tracing or number lookup company that you recommend that gives accurate numbers? Would love any recommendations. I tried peoplesfinder and all calls went to voicemails. Thank you for your help.

@McKinley Crowley Hi McKinley. Thank you so much for your feedback! I was under the impression that postcards will stand out more as they are more vibrant, and dont need to be opened. However, I can see the value of letters being more convincing. Thanks for the insight!
