I’m just curious about who Created the real estate strategy called wholesaling And When ?

Im sorry, let me be more specific of what i meant, ok have there ever been a time to your knowledge that the wholesaling strategy ever been contested or tried in courts by real estate broker/realtors who were just ignorant or not educated about it ?

Why would an investor deal with a wholesaler when they can go find their own leads (potential deals) ? Again appreciate if any one will get back to me with information or video's in reference to my question thank you very much.

Why would a owner/seller deal with a wholesaler when they can get rid of their own property themselves (fsbo) or use a realtor to assist them ? I would be very appreciative if any one will inform me with information or video's in reference to my question, thank you very much.
