David, I recently spoke with Aurora Loan Servicing about a week ago and was told they do not bulk sale or single sell any house anymore. EVERY house is listed with a local agent. I told them I would pay top dollar for a specific house and was an all cash buy but it didnt matter. I was instructed to still contact the agent. Doesnt make much sense to me but thats what I was told over the phone
