Post: New construction in Denver

I am new to investing and looking at fix n flip in Denver. There are homes that need fixing but the flipping part so far is making me a bit cautious. I started looking for new affordable construction and found some townhomes here: https://lyonhomes.com/colorado/the-westerly-collec...

The sales person told me over the phone that they don't want to sell to investors for fear of hurting FHA lending for others and some other reason. I'll accept that but is there a way to buy a townhome or 3 without violating some owner-occupant agreement? I would just hold the property and rent them.
