What do we have, another jump in now note guru?

@Dominique Fryar

My chin is on the floor. can't move to say anything and that gives me nothing to translate to my keyboard. From wholesaling to notes? Really? NPN at that!

I'm beginning to worry about the future of mankind!

Dion, you know those videos of the World's Dumbest Thief, like the guy who stands in line at the bank wearing a mask to rob it, or the guy who locks himself in a freezer to hide or the guy who gets stuck in the hole cut in the roof......you know, those types......

How about a thread of the greatest master minds devising note strategies, that can't spell "Promissory Note"?

Last week I couldn't spell motgage booker, now I are one.

Why do we comment? I don't think they can read what has been posted already. It's just taken under "advisement" !

I need a vacation!  :)

How do you find the money to fund auction properties? I was connected with two great auction Realtors, but when I went to the auction the auctioneer wanted cashier checks for the winning bid price and the hardmoney lender wanted 30% of the winning vid amount.

Always thought auctions were the way to go.

I am looking for a good source to learn more about the non performing note business. So far I purchased (and currently reading "Performance Anxiety" by Gordon Moss). Any suggestions on conventions, seminars and courses I could use to broaden my understanding? My wife is on board (she likes this investment strategy better than wholesaling). So I would like to jump into the non performing note business while the water is hot. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the welcome. I've been using Biggerpockets for a while, but finally had the time to register.

I have read almost every book, studied almost every course and I really feel.this is my time to JUMP in and invest.

I have studied for 5 years now and (in between deployments and life)

My main interest are wholesaling, fix and flip and non-performing note investing.
