Yes I am a moderator which means we filter spam and self promotion and make sure people post in the proper forums. We are not paid, nor employees or connected with BP in any way.


 Chris, thanks for the clarity. And I have sent an email to Connect Invest asking for referrals of those from Bigger Pockets that have invested to speak with them. I am just learning the Bigger Pockets platform and the easiest way to specifically connect with those who have actually invested in this fund. Appreciate your insights.

 Eric, thanks for the question and appreciate the challenge. The practical reality is wanting to get started in passive investing with lower dollar amount minimum requirements. Are you aware of similar platforms for secured notes with lower dollar amount entry levels for passive investing?
