Hi @Dale Eshbach I hear you. From my experience I haven't ran into many investors in the La Salle county area. I am currently working on a few offers for 3 properties. 2 SFH in Mendota IL, and one 2 unit in La Salle, IL. I stay in La Salle county myself. If your looking for any other particular areas I will be glad to help.

Hey @Cassi Justiz

Thanks so much for your feedback. This is very helpful information. I am researching a few companies now as well as independent assistants. I am trying to figure out what exactly I need to assign them to make my process run smooth.

Hi all,

I was looking into Virtual Assistants. Would love some feedback on the experience. What’s the cost? Are they actually doing the work? Training involved? And how it’s help one grow there business. Thanks!

Hi Dean,

Yes its quite a few locations in the Chicago area that are great for Investors. Tons of Multi-Family and single family properties in the South Side of Chicago. This is a Buy and Hold investors playground. Even a lot of potential for condo conversions. The Jackson Park area where the Obama Center will be, is a fairly decent area. They slowly rebuilding that area up more. Low income housing surrounds a lot of that area. And of course your typical Chicago crime. This would be a great location to invest in if your playing the long game. The Center should be finished mid next year or so, maybe later. The next 5 years that area value will raise 70% I guarantee. Tons of cheap property that way now. Just in bad areas. The city of Chicago is pretty good at wiping out bad sections of the city when they have potential to make loads of money.

Hi Josh,

To piggy back off of what @Amy Aziz says. There is nothing wrong with a second or maybe third attempt to reach out. I definitely wouldn’t waste too much time on it tho. There is nothing wrong with starting fresh with new people with liked minds like yourself whom essentially has the same successful goals in Real Estate.

May work out in your favor to not have any emotional ties with your Real Estate partners. That tends to creator sour business over time with success. @Josh Coup

Hi Dean,

There are a ton of people who invest abroad. As long as you deal with the right people. This could be very profitable. An expert in the area you are trying to invest would be ideal. State what your looking for, your budget, and your expectations up front. Trusting the right people can be very profitable for you with little to no effort. @Dean Peterson

Looks like a great deal. My only concern would be the stability of the tenants, and the condition of the property. Hoping there will be no major repairs. Also location and school’s. If those line up this would definitely work in your favor long term. @Bud Gaffney
