I'm looking for a Real Estate professional that has 2-10 years experience and focuses on Investment properties. I have interviewed several and looking for a good fit for me. I purchase 3-10 properties in a year. I live by 121 and Denton Tap and looking for properties within a 25 mile radius but will consider much further based on opportunity. I need help with referrals and selling. Thanks

I'm purchasing a property in Odessa Texas. I'm looking for reasonable Insurance on a vacant for a period of 6 months. Who does everyone use? The home is 1,765 sq ft and purchased for $171K. Any advice would be great. What rate should I anticpate to pay?
