May i ask what you gross there? Hiring a property manager will cost me 10-15%. Seeing if it's even worth it. Thanks

Hey @Joe Houlihan ! I have a SFH and a STR in Westerly. I love the market here although very expensive now. Feel free to message me and I'd be happy to chat.

Are they strict with str laws in westerly now? Are you registered with a property manager?

Been looking in Shenandoah. My question is, do you need a cabin to be successful in this area? Found a nice residential home and the numbers look great. I am just a bit iffy because it is a regular home in Shenandoah, although 19 mins from Shenandoah National Park.

@Brandon Ingegneri

I think Centreville Bank does it. I have to get clarification. The sales representative said they do but sounds too good to be true. Ive called more than a handful of banks and none offers it, unless owner-occupied or 1st lien. I will have to call Centreville again and see if I can get a new rep that will tell me the same thing lol Fingers crossed. Thanks!

Thank you. Greatly appreciated

I'm looking for a bank that offers a HELOC on an investment property. I did a little research and consensus says to check more local banks. I found one that does, but now they are saying they must be the 1st lienholder as well. Anyone out there with any success in this situation? Thanks in advance.

Im located in Johnston RI. I have been looking for commercial properties of 5+ units for investment purposes. Ive came across very minimal listings. I have searched loopnet, eastcoastcpn, craigslist with no luck. What are other websites out there? I feel like Im missing something. Also, I notice sometimes the listings are on one website but not another. Is there a centralized place to search?
