You can do an Airbnb in a 1-3 family in NYC, otherwise it’s not permitted.

You’ll need a million plus to buy such property anywhere in nyc. For $350k you can buy something in Long Island or in Yonkers, Mt. Vernon, New Rochelle, or by Hudson county NJ.

Hi. Does anyone do business in Bridgeport Connecticut? How’s How’s North Bridgeport area by the zoo? Price per sf? Rents per 2 bedroom apartments? Safety? Growth potential?

I’m new to the forum and I reside in nyc. I have access to funds up to $200k and I’m interested in buying, rehabbing and selling / refinancing.

I know it’s not enough for properties in nyc. Does anyone know and can recommend an area near buy to start and look for deals? (NJ, CT, PA Etc)
