Hi guys, I am new to REI and just finished reading through the entire BP thread about Newburgh in two days. Other than the fact that I'm a bit dizzy from consuming so much info, I am really motivated to dive in. I am connected with developers and investors that are looking for up and coming areas in the likes of Newburgh.

@John Hickey I've been following your activities in Newburgh and I'm truly inspired. I want to attend the next meetup but I will be traveling on Tuesday 10/23. Is there a recurring meeting? I would love to know when the next one is scheduled for.
