Good morning all, 

Would any of you have or can recommend a good evaluation calculator to buy a business on seller finance? Any “how to” deal structure literature to share?

 Sounds like it was a pitch fest for a product instead of searching for a solution for you. 

@Stuart Udis is a great legal resource and frequent community contributor reach out before you spend tens of thousands on this canned product.  

Also, go to the build your team tab to find advisors that can help you with your tax and financial planning.  These advisors will actually advise about your estate and succession plans instead of push product.
