Disclaimer: not sure if this is the right sub to post in, please let me know if I should post somewhere else.
I only recently started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast and have since become infatuated with real estate. In the future, I'd like to try my hand at rental properties, but I am not yet in the position to do so.
However, I am making this post as I have a unique property that I have a connection to and am trying to get some ideas as for what to do with it. To keep it short, I'll list the details of the property in bullet format. The property is/has:
- 7 acre cave
- 20-30 foot ceilings
- Vehicle accessible (can even take a tractor trailer through it)
- 2 acres in front of the cave that have been cleared and are along a road
- Millions of gallons of groundwater (I'm talking enough to canoe on)
- Located in a medium sized city near a metropolitan area
If anyone has any suggestions, or would like to know more information, please don't hesitate to message me. This is in no way an advertisement, just looking for ideas.
