I go to all of the local meetups and have contacted 4 local CPAs and they're all booked up for the year. Not taking on new clients.

I've been contacting loads of CPA leads and everyone seems to be full for the year and not accepting new clients. I'm needing a tax return in the next month. Any suggestions? Preferably specializing in Virginia and/or North Carolina. Can simply  be remote, as well :)

I'm an international business consultant and started me REI journey a couple of years ago and I LOVE DIY and learning to do things on my own, and also understand in this investing journey that it's always good to "ask for help" and have great circles of investor friends to bounce ideas off of. Larry Pendleton is a great investor friendly CPA here in VaBeach/Norfolk area, and he has over 40 doors himself. He's a bigger pockets member, you can look him up.

I'm looking to buy a multifamily  home in the Hampton Roads area in the next 2 months and have already started the "lender merry-go-round" search. I'm looking for an asset-based lender for a cash-out refi and mortgage loan, maybe has a multitask program. Honest, easy to work with, creative, and informative is a plus!!!
