Would love to know if anyone has had positive or negative experiences with turbotenant? I love that it has features to market the property, manage those leads, screen tenants... and also manage leases, collect rent, etc. Appreciate any and all feedback!

I will be renting a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom fully furnished condo in June, looking for 6 month-1 year lease. Furnished Finders seems to be best for shorter rentals. Are there other helpful platforms you guys have found to advertise furnished rentals?
