Dear All,

I hope you are well. I'm working on a model allowing to use Syndication for Master Lease agreement with option to purchase. I want to use the Syndication to finance both the fees of the MLO and new rehab or construction to build more doors and then increase the rent.

Does anyone has experience in this field ? great to have some suggestions.
