I live in the Gainesville area. Currently only have one rental but I'm starting this year to ramp up my efforts to move forward acquiring more.
Not on here often enough but feel free to message me with a time and place and I'll try to meet up and talk shop. Thanks!!

@Damon
@Damon B., Not yet. I keep hitting up leads that turn out to be massive duds or I am just a bit too late to take advantage of them. I can say that at any time I've had a question or need it was taken care of REALLY quickly through either email or coaching phone call.
Once I make that first deal happen I'll get permission to tell as detailed a story as I can.

negative on the bleach and water. The bleach you buy at the store is 50/50 water and bleach. You spray that on there and you'll just make it worse. Drop by HomeDepot and somewhere in the paint section is Mold remediation spray. Several Brands, Mold Armor is the one we're currently using on mold situation we have in our rental. The Servpro local to me came out at my request to see what, if anything, else we needed to do to remove the mold. They said the Mold Armor product l had was equivalent to what they spray in large remediation jobs. But finding the source of the mold was far more important. We had to remove tile and linoleum to find the water leak that was causing ours. My rental too is on blocks and the leak was coming from 6 feet away. Soooooo l'd look into the cause first, then adjust from there.
Good luck with the tenants. Mine is my sister and her husband and they caused the leak so l'm getting SO much cooperation from them it's making this situation a breeze for me.

The wife and I may come up Friday night and stay in downtown. How far from downtown Charlotte is this house we're meeting up at?

@Elizabeth Davis, When you type the @...... as you're typing the name, right below the typing field, the name you're trying to enter should show up. Then you just click it and it adds the name to your text. My job is headphone friendly and I pretty much work alone so I kock out books on Audible and podcasts like crazy. Looks like 10X is next.
@Baltazar Camacho I actually listened to it today. Made me wanna buy a day planner and lock my office door. LOL.
