Hey everyone,

I am interested in purchasing a piece of land in Tampa. It is an empty piece of land with property use: 0000 VACANT RESIDENTIAL. Does anyone know what this means? Can I build residential homes on it? Thanks!

Hey guys,

I am currently in the process of purchasing a 12 unit property (8 studio, 4 one bed one bath). I will have 14 days to conduct due diligence which means I need my team ready prior to then. What can I expect to pay for due diligence with the property information, structural report/roof report etc.

Thanks a lot!

I recently came across a great cash flowing opportunity in a prime Fort Lauderdale location. I have the funds to put 30% down on this property. It has a great tenant who has even paid for repairs herself! I am looking for a lender to work with me as an international currently based in the area.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Monty

Thanks, and I look forward to seeing some different ideas!

@Jabbar Thomas @Mark Nolan @Adam L. Thank you for your replies, I couldn't agree more, no one wants analysis paralysis! I have read a few books this week and have been learning a lot from here and other online sources as well as RE events. I have a good understanding of the fundamentals but am still learning and looking to specify exactly what area to get into.  To give you a better understanding, I am a 21 year old entrepreneur still in college but my focus is on real estate and doing this full time. I am looking for long term cash flow properties either Single or Multi-Family initially. I have a long term vision to possibly go into commercial also. I have the money to purchase my first property in the Tampa market and am aiming to do so in the New Year. I am always open to advice, guidance, partnerships, and doing whatever it takes!
