Yeah, we would do one like this in cash for the purchase but the refinance would be a local bank.  That brings me to another small hiccup.  I’ve called a lot of big national banks and am told they don’t finance residential units for LLCs.  Is this a normal thing that has an easy workaround, because I hadn’t heard of this being a problem with anybody on this site.  Seems like something like that would have popped up a few times.
