Hello BP, I have came across at wholesale opportunity in Columbus, OH. This would be my first deal. The property is located in a C class working neighborhood. Comps are a little over 80k. The owner has a lien on the property for about 21k. Is this a deal I should go for. And if so how should I go about it?

Hello BP, I am a wholesale investor. I have a property under contract, but the seller says he received a higher offer. How do I go about handling this type of situation?

@Franklin Romine Yes I agree, I think that is something I would build over time. Once I become comfortable with speaking to the seller.
