I suggest doing of of those because another investor maybe looking up the same property and is doing anything necessary to find the owner. 

where did u purchase your skip trace reports from? 

also had anybody ever use TLO for skip tracing? Pricey huh? 

I looked at the county tax assessors office......for free. And guess what........

Great idea. If I ever get more money in the budget for that, I'll do it, but for now, I need no cost ways if anyone knows of them. 

So I put out a message to my large social media following and got responses from ppl with addresses all over the US. is there one website that can give me the property owners addresses?Because if this keeps happening (ppl sending me addresses of distressed properties all over the US) I would need to have quick source to find these property owner addresses so I can send them letters.
