Hi everyone! My name is Monique. I'm from San Antonio, TX and very new to all of this. I had a couple of question.

First, I've been listening to the BP podcasts and I've read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. What other books, podcasts, resources would you recommend? 

Lastly, I'm a current homeowner and have started to think about our next move. I'm not sure if I should sell or rent. Our home needs some work. I've considered taking a HELOC to do repairs but after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I've second guessed that idea but leaving as is would negatively impact selling the home. What would you all suggest? It's a good home, in a growing neighborhood, near college campuses with community amenities.

I have a lot more questions but I'll pace myself as I dig into how this all works. I look forward to growing and learning from this community.
