Thanks @Eric Mitchell-- we'll look into ARA. I'm not sure if we'll do a big enough remodel to make it worth their while for GO construction, but we'll keep them in mind if we find anything in the Twin Falls area. Thanks!

@Stephen Korn We were actually recommended 5 Star Property Management by our real estate agent as well as ANR PM--we're just trying to gather as many different recommendations to contact and see who would be the best fit.

Hi Everyone! We're closing on a house in the Pocatello area that is really needing some TLC. Would love any recommendations of great contractors we could use for painting/carpet/carpentry/kitchen/bathroom work!

Anyone on here invest in or around Blackfoot Idaho or know much about the market? We are considering purchasing a duplex there which is renting out for $800 a side right now but we are a bit concerned about being able to consistently rent it, and if the area will grow enough in 10 to 15 years to increase our equity at all. 

My husband and I just placed an offer on a duplex in Blackfoot. It's renting out for $800 per side right now. Can anyone else give us any info on the area?  Do you think we'll be able to keep it rented?(we are planning on 7 percent vacancy) Also, do you think we will have room to increase the rents by about 2 percent per year?  Would anyone else invest in Blackfoot?
