Good Afternoon,

Any recs on Cost Seg Companies (property is in Texarkana)?

My current solo-401K plan was being supported by Quest, but they have decided to STOP supporting solo-401K's. Any recs on other companies that support (help run)  solo-401k?

Howdy, I am a Family Physician actively investing in Real Estate both passively and active. I own small multifamily units in Texas. I am an Limited partner of 5 Apartment syndications. I have joined several REI Mentorships including WREIN (Women's Real Estate Investment Network) in Dallas, TX and and Vertical Street ventures in Phoenix, Arizona (Syndications) . I am looking forward to growing my real estate portfolio, expanding my knowledge, and meeting like-minded people. I am also a licensed realtor, but only use it for investing purposes.

I am very Jubilant to have joined this vast network!!!

@Tyler Hodgson Hi, first a little background. I am a Family Physician interested in investing in Buy and hold or the BRRR method for "passive" income. I have set up my LLC and have set up business accounts, but I have not acquired my first property. I have been self educating myself with BP podcast, forums, books and I have been through "Your first rental property" course by Paula Pant. Am I able to deduct these expenses my 2019 taxes even if I have not purchased any properties? I plan to buy one next year. Appreciate any input.
