I have said that they could be purchased individually or together in other posts.

and then all people do is ask questions but then make no offers or too low offers but aren't willing to negotiate.

can't negotiate without any offers.

i thought that the spreadsheet made it very clear that there is an asking price and the notes tell you that the property is rented or not section 8 or not there is a column that tells you how many units there are. i admit that there should be the appraised value column but then they tell me that they want to see the actual appraisal form. then the next thing i know there is someone telling me that someone else has brought them the same info.

myka i advertise here and REI clubs, INternet groups and even went as far as going to postlets craigslist everywhere that i can advertise i have done so.

here are the propeties that are currently siting in escrow waiting for a buyer to come up with $295,635. why is there no real interest in this dea. and ther person who had me put them undercontract just stopped returning my phone calls after i asked for an earnest money deposit.

why don't people return phone calls?
what am i not seeing about this deal?
It looks great to me.
I tried to get a HML but they won't return my calls either.
I even went as far as putting up some money to get a JV partner but there are still no takers.

where else should I look?

I need to network with people in the Cleveland, Ohio area. There is a need to meet real buyers and sellers in theis area i have been burned by someone I thought was on the up and up but they simply left me holding the bag.

Bird dogs
Investor Buyers/sellers
Property Managers
Hard money lenders.
Mortgage Brokers

I need to build a strong team that can help me to take this thing to the next level. Need a strong team to build a strong business. don't have anymore time for flakes.

You have something to bring to the table then lets work together to make some money. I am a contractor by day and looking to take that knowledge of a good deal from that point of view and run with it. I have found and lost a bad partner now I have learned not to make that mistake again and build a team of good honest hardly :lol: working people. If you want to make money and think like I do about the potential in Cleveland, Ohio then I want you as a colleague..

My mother wants to sell her home and she asked me to get her a copy of her information basically an MLS report Record search and comparibles. I forgot I only have Ohio access. and she has a friend intexas as well and georgia that are looking to sale as well and wants the fair market value

here is a question can i purchase access to those states well the counties that the homes are in?
