Thanks for the welcome guys. I plan on jumping into investing in properties within a year. I am very new to this but I want to learn as much as I can before purchase some property. Hempstead is full with shorts sales and foreclosures.

Hello All, I am a new member to this site. I am from Long Island and within the next year I plan on really getting involved with Real Estate. I current have a Real Estate license and I am looking to work for any investor on Long Island that can teach me the trade.
