Isnt it true that most private lenders require you to bring money up front to the table as their processing fee?

Which is a very costly mistake that can be avoided. I know from my experience, the only reason ppl go to private states is because there ARE several entities wrapped up under one but its just a good idea to stick in your state

Alison - This is not the place to solicit business. Please review our forum rules before posting on the site again.

I'm curious though, what states are you licensed in to practice as an attorney?

Also, as you have good information about setting up an entity, why don't you just share it with us all here? That would be great!

I promise I wasnt trying to solicit business, actually don't need the business. I just wanted to make myself readily available in case anyone need to corrected on what to do in any case...

No money will ever exchange hands, just honest to good info so I can learn and go take the world over and so can you!

I am licensed in
washington
new york
california
texas
ohio
new jersey
washington DC

My first tip is to forget what anyone has said about registering corps in states that aren't your own...you still have to pay taxes wherever you register

I am here from Austin, texas! Getting in with no money to my name & determined to do things far & beyond. I am really into real estate & the stock market. I have goals & aspirations. I am ready to start networking with anyone who has a decent head on their shoulders & sees things outta the box.

Thanks for having a great forum!
