I really want to wholesale! I want to drive for dollars and find deals! I can only do it on weekends! I’m stuck at work 8-4 job and I feel like I’m wasting my time! But I have bills to pay! Ugh I’m stuck. :( I want to do this myself!

I’m from Minnesota and I’m thinking getting my real estate license so I can have access to the mls. Would this be an advantage of me to wholesale?

I saw this old vacant outlet mall. Can I wholesale it?

Need an investor friendly title company to work with on minnesota!

I want to know if anyone did their first deal w/o having to verify their purchase sale agreement to their attorney? If so is there a universal purchase agreement for all states?

Hi I have a question. How do I verify my purchase and sale agreement paper or contract agreement comply with my state law? Or it doesn't matter? I was told go show it to an attorney or title company. Do i show them the paper file first before someone sign? If so are they willing to look into my agreement paper for free?? I’m broke

I am new to wholesale and I want to know what is the legal closing regulations in mn.
