Sponsor has stopped distributions....also saying they are keeping everyone's money in longer and plan to refinance because of the economy things are not working out as planned.

@Chris Tarashuk...I would say just go out and do it! Educate yourself...Listen to Bigger pockets podcasts from back in the day...start with Josh and Brandon, read, listen, learn, go to meet ups...watch You Tube videos with Pace Mobry....Just do it!! Sometimes we wait too long to get started....You don't need a LLC to get started in RE.

I have four rentals and two personal residences and no LLC...I do have a $1,000,000 Umbrella policy that covers all my properties and autos. ( I have to maintain a certain amount of regular insurance on the autos and Real Estate ).

Well ....very interesting that Pace Morby has 300 doors all gotten through seller financing or with "subject to" creative financing...Bigger Pockets podcast published on Nov. 4, 2021.   Sounds like a creative genius to me....and using "subject to insurance" just in case.   If the dude says he does it, I believe him!!

Banks won't lend without income I've found out.  Either try creative financing...OR  COULD YOU "BORROW" the money in full from your retirement account and "pay yourself" back....?
