I am currently under contract to buy a 43 unit apt complex in Indianapolis. Looking for recommendations for property manager/ management company who can help manage this property. Currently owner managed.

I am looking into investing in multi family complex, probably around 30-40 units, need some recs for property management companies in Indy area. I am guessing with this size property, should be looking at a company rather than one person.

Any help will be greatly apprecaited.
