Has anyone ever applied for a permit to zone a single family into a multi family home?

What was the process like?

Another question If I am unable to zone it as a multi family can I add a kitchen into the second floor? (not for rental purposes)

Hello, I bought an apartment last year using FHA. I plan on putting it up for rent and buying a home for my self. Am I able to cosign on someone elses FHA using my income in order to buy a multifamily unit?

Thankyou everyone for their help, much appreciated.

Hello, i am new to investing. I own a home which i plan to put up for rent. I plan on getting a mortgage on a new home as well In the next few months. My current home would be rented out and I will have a new primary home.

I also wanted to get into Brrr with 2 other people. How would we be able to get a loan. Are two people able to cosign on a loan and one lives in it as his primary residence while we wait for the brrr process to come into play?

or does anyone nave any advice for us on how we should go about this?

Thankyou in advance
