Hi. I guess you are trying to invest in real estate market in dubai. But the traditional way to investment doesn’t work here. I don’t have much detailed information but you can check out damac rent to own and in free zone ajman you can own a flat like within 100 K all yours. If you want an hassle free investment then check out smartcrowd funding, its a crowd funded properties. Plz do your own due diligence before you make any investment. 

Thanks for your input colin I am sure getting loans are very easy but getting it and putting to use is another thing. Renting is much more viable option then buying here. Renting also limited to few hot spot areas only. I am digging more deep in to subject lets see where I get will share same on bigger pockets.
