Unsure if you are still looking into tenant cloud but I have been using it for a couple years now and love it. I have the pro yearly plan but if you have one property it may be best to opt for the starter plan and use a less costly lease builder like EZ Landlord. I am looking to shop for some building insurance quotes for a few rental properties I have located in Chicago. Currently I use Foremost insurance but their prices have gone up somewhat significantly this year and I’m wondering if anyone has a good company/agent they like to use and would recommend as a place for me to start looking. I manage quite a few multi-family properties in Chicago and keeping track of utility bills across all properties can be a hassle. While tenants pay their own electric and gas, keeping track of multiple building's electric, water bill etc. has become time-consuming. Does anyone have any suggestions or software solutions they like to use to manage property utility bills?
