@Malia Irvine  One advice i can give you is. Get your real estate license and start selling on the side. Real estate is flexible and you should be able to work around nursing. Not to mention its a lot easier to sell real estate then to go fishing for wholesale deals.  Your a pretty gal you should have no issues selling real estate. Go make that money girl!!!

Iam looking to purchase a investment in baltimore. I would say its a D class because the house is only 35k. I hear horror stories about bad tenants or evening finding one. Any advice? should i pull the trigger or put a 35k down and buy a c-class 150-175k house.
