Ok I would like to know  names of attorneys in Illinois that do wholesalers closings, single  and double closings. I was told they are illegal in Illinois is this true? Anyone know of attorneys in Champaign county in Illinois?

Does the same procedures apply to wholesaling duplexes, triplexes, or multi family units as when doing single family properties? I have many multi unit deals coming towards me but don't know if the same procedures apply as doing a single family deals. Can someone tell me if there's more to do these type of deals?
