What are Indianapolis laws regarding property tax and property insurance on Land Contract?

Who is responsible for these payments? - Can the Land Contract state the buyer is responsible for taxes - does the owner add the amount into monthly payments?... Your Indiana / Indianapolis savy on this topic would be greatly appreciated!
