Hi I'm a local investor in Lee County.  I'm confused: 160K per unit??? I can find you better deals for $100K less in cape coral, same rental income. I don't understand how you can cash flow on that deal. What is your projected return? Did you buy from a turnkey provider? I'm looking at an 8 unit in Fort Myers for $600K ($750/month per unit, all 2/1's, 100% occupied) along the river. Let me know if interested in potentially partnering/JVing. Much better returns in Fort Myers.
