Is the level of mentality of these supposed loan officers....Its not our problem if individuals choose 100% product. There are already an abundance of foreclosures out there, what do the banks have to do with it?? Get out there and build a portfolio of investors who want to buy and rehab properties, instead of worrying about 'regulations'...

I talked to this kid. His deals are a joke. Buyers with $1200 income a month and 5 kids, looking to purchase what??? Don't waste your time with 'MR $30 million'

most hard money lenders will only go up to 70%

most hard money will require at least 10% down. Send me your scenario and where you think your credit score lies. Are your financials pretty strong?
