I’m looking for anyone that can lend me information on how to retrieve code violations list in Florida.

I’m seeing FOIA letter is the way to go...if so where do you send these letters and also, how far back should these code enforcements be? 6mos - 1yr.

I love this as well. I'm new to real estate obviously leaving from the NFL a year ago and looking to make some investments in the rental properties. I want to create that cash flow, learning to understand the market and where to buy. I appreciate this input greatly!
