Here I am again, with another problem, however it's a good problem to have. I am a wholesaler in the Hampton Roads area and I have a number of properties I am working; so many such that I can't see them all. I need help with the initial inspection process, taking pictures and assessing rehab costs of the properties that come through my funnel. You provide me with your assessment, and I would present that assessment to my buyers. Odds are that they would accept your offer and award you the contract to perform the work required.

Hi Bigger Pocket Virginia Beach,

I was having lunch and out of the blue I receive a notification on my phone of a motivated seller lead captured on my website. Immediately I am excited, drop my Shrimp Po' Boy and begin investigating the lead. I read the sellers remarks and see the price and I can feel my heart rate rising. But then I look at the attached pictures and I realize that the property is a manufactured (mobile) home. I immediately draw a blank because I don't know the answer to my newest problem. 

Is there a market for wholesale manufactured homes in the Hampton Roads? And if so, anyone want to make a deal?
