Post: Looking for Investor Friendly Realtor in Western Maryland

We are looking to sell a house in need of rehab on 2 acres near Deep Creek Lake. The property has great potential, but due to family obligations and the distance from our current home we have been unable to put in the time needed to complete the renovation. Can anyone recommend an agent in the area with investor contacts?
