Hello, my name is Mark and I'm 19 years old from West Chester, PA. West Chester is about 45 minutes to an hour West of Philadelphia. I am going into my sophmore year at West Chester University majoring in Finance. I take 5 classes per semester so I plan to graduate in four years total. I own a small landscape company, we are in our second year in business. The first year we serviced around 20 residential lawns and this year we are up to 40 residentials per week. We also multiplied our sales in landscape services (mulch, cleanups, shrub trimming etc) by over four times from our first year in business. Check out our website - www.LoweryLawnLandscape.com I plan on going into real estate full time as soon as I graduate college.

I have been browsing the boards for the past month or so and have become increasingly interested in real estate investing. I am very interested in any advice anyone has to offer. I plan on doing alot of reading, frequenting these forums, going to some local real estate meetings, and anything else anyone can recomend. I would love to find some type of mentor and talk with as many members of this board that I can. I would like to get into rehabbing. Any advice anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. My email is [email protected].
