Thanks for all the help guys I'm definitely going to look into the information y'all gave me. I'm looking to move into cities either davie, Fort Lauderdale, Miramar or Hollywood. This would be my first flip, but I do know how to do a fair amount of the work that I'm sure Will need to be done.

So I currently live in Roanoke Virginia, and this upcoming summer I'll be moving to Florida to be with my girlfriend for 2 years as she completes final years of PA school. I was thinking of buying a foreclosed house and getting a FHA loan fixing it up for the 2 years we are here and selling it. I was wondering if y'all think it's a good idea? And any advice you all can give me, thanks ahead of time and look forward to hearing from yall.

Wondering what is the best podcasts for starting flipping houses or about starting in rental properties?

New member in Roanoke, Virginia who recently graduated from college looking to get into flipping properties. I am also looking to gain as much knowledge as possible, and hopefully meet some locals who do the same thing.
