@Justin R. I have both. IMO they have different uses for different people. I don’t think either is really designed or built to replace one another.

I have several properties currently in my name. I was wondering what deed is best for transferring rental properties into a LLC?

I am in the process of purchasing a multi family property ( 4 units) and was wondering what companies have the best insurance for that type of property.  

@Dave how did you go about financing for your car washes? Do you you manage them yourself? What are some things you wished you had known before you purchased them?

Dave Carpenter Great information! I am not opposed to doing any maintenance upkeep work. There are a couple car washes in my area that are currently for sale. How did you go about getting financing for yours. Did you do PML/bank or a combination of both? Do you know of any companies that provide maintenance for a self service car washes?

Dave Carpenter can you elaborate on some the activities that are involved with owning/running a car wash?
