Post: rural DSCR lenders for NC

been having a tough time finding a DSCR for whats considered "rural" in NC.

credit is good enough. 

70% LTV would be just over 100k

dscr ratio over 1 with current tenants in place

ideally no reserve requirements

ppp up to 5 if rate under 9%

can anyone help me find a lender that can handle this??

Who's Offering dscr in rural nc. 90-100k is 70% of appraisal. Has 1+ year rental history @ $1100 month. Credit is right around 680

having a hard time finding a lender to do a rental loan on a mobile home.
i own the lots and homes and covered all the remodeling.

even on permanent foundation as real property

any suggestions as i dont have w2 income anymore?
