I have some deals here in San Diego and all of my go to contractors are tied up with my projects and other projects.  Looking for any good contractors in the San Diego area with insurance and rehabbing experience with references from previous rehab jobs that would like to interview.  Our general rehab time per property is around 30 days for basics and 45-60 days for more involved projects (slab cracks, foundation issues).

Are there any San Diego wholesalers out there with a good deal?  I'm looking for wholesale deals!

Do you have a deal but you are not sure how to get started or need money? I have access to hard money, contractors, and gap funding. Let me run the numbers and we can use my contacts to do a JV while you learn the rehabbing process.

I never said who I purchased the property from.  Not sure why you guys are assuming that the property I need renovations on is from Memphis Invest.

sorry I meant writing your own note on your own investment property....

Does anyone have experience with writing my own note on equity that is in an investment property? I have a few rentals that all have equity (as well as my primary residence). I would like to use this equity to re-invest into other deals. I am exploring options such as HELOC and potentially note writing. Does anyone have any experience in this area? Also three of my investment properties are in my Roth IRA so I am not sure if this makes a difference.
